Team Sunergy Wins the Image Award at the 2020 Student Organization Leadership Awards
Boone, NC - Each year the Office of Campus Activities and Club Council host the Student Organization Leadership Awards to recognize the leadership and achievements of Appalachian’s organizations, students, and advisors.
We are thrilled to announce that Team Sunergy was selected for the Appalachian Image Award, given to the organization that demonstrates excellence in the fulfillment of its purpose, membership and leadership development, campus life enhancement, community contributions and general involvement in the University community.
The members of Team Sunergy are dedicated to their goals, each other, and to the team and University mission. They have consistently demonstrated excellence in engineering, at competitions, and with campus and community involvement. Team Sunergy is an example of the Appalachian experience and demonstrates the dedication of students to sustainability and learning through the involvement of students, faculty, and staff here on campus and in the community.
We are truly thankful for the continued support from the University, our community, and the Office of Campus Activities and Club Council. We are humbled to be honored with this award.
